Attorney / Title Agent

Jami received her law degree from Birmingham School of Law in December, 2017 but has been working in the legal profession since 2003. She began her career as a paralegal where she gained a strong foundation that she would later build on to develop a successful legal career. As an attorney, Jami has cultivated a reputation of providing exceptional customer service. Her knowledge and expertise in residential and commercial real estate allows her to provide clients with premier service. Her legal experience gives way to creative solutions for unexpected issues that often arise in real estate transactions. She focuses on collaboration with all parties involved in the real estate transaction to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Jami’s experience ranges greatly from first time home buyers, new construction, investors, builders, and multi-million dollar commercial transactions. There is no closing too great or too small. Jami will provide the same level of personal and professional service to each and every transaction.

Attorney

Wes has been serving the North Alabama area as an attorney for more than a decade. He earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and graduated with his Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law in 2010. Throughout his career, Wes has accumulated a diversified wealth of experience in legal issues including capital murder appeals, landlord/tenant law, ejectments, business formation, and general estate planning. His extensive litigation experience brings a unique take to the closing table, with a focus on customer service, brevity, and easy settlement. 

Wes was born in Madison County and raised in the farming communities of Limestone and Morgan County. He is wholeheartedly committed to providing trustworthy, excellent, and efficient legal representation to our area. 

Wes currently resides in Decatur, Alabama with his wife, Dr. Kimberly Welden-Atkinson D.M.D., and son, John Elias.
